How do I install my USB-headset in Windows 10?
Once the device is connected, Windows OS installs a built-in driver for it.
- Make sure your system is up to date following the instructions from the website www.windowsupdate.com.
- Unplug the device and restart the system.
- When Windows has completely loaded, connect the device directly to the USB port without using a hub or an extension cable.
- Check in the Device Manager if the product is correctly installed or if there is any error message reported.
- When the device is recognized by the system, you need to select it as default device for recording and playbacking. For this please refer to the Audio properties of Windows > click Sound, then click on the 'Play back devices' tab and select the correct device: Select USB device
- To activate microphone: Click Sound properties, then click on the 'Recording' tab and select the correct device: Select USB device

My headset is not recognized by the computer. What do I do?
Once the device is connected, Windows OS should install a built-in driver for it.
Follow the steps below to re-install the headset:

I used about 5-6 of those, they lasts same time, or even longer than end price brands (which i never had longer than 3 months) this lasts usualy about 5-6 months, sometimes longer (and they heavily used also by my kids, which is reducing its life drastically)

*very comfortable
*Lasts much longer with heavy use then most of expensive brands, so there is no sense to loose money.

*when the sound is very very very loud (not even listening that loud) that start having some resonance and dropping quality a bit (seriously, you wont listen this loud, I did it only to testing purposes to find out how much the headphones can handle)
*thin cables easy to cut
*volume level regulator case not last longer than 4 months :) (need to be putting back together after first fall very often, but still works without problems)
*after 5-6 months of using, most common issues i had:
-mic was getting loose, it happen less often in latest version, but I can't say it doesn't
-one of the headphones gets cables ripped off inside on of the cover (easy to fix if you can solder :P )
- in general I have them gone after one of my kids cuts off the cable with drawer
